What limits AI now is energy — the power it burns to think. Running the world's models shouldn't take unsustainable power, or runaway cost.

The insight

Training hardware was never built for inference

Today's chips were built to train models — a different workload. Using them to serve is like a freight train for last-mile delivery: it works, but the waste is enormous. And as agents call model after model, that waste compounds.
